Problem
You find your spa water dirty.
Origin
This usually comes from a chemical mistreatment of the water in the Spa.
Solution
- Filtration cartridge should be cleaned regularly (maximum 150 hours).
- The filter cartridge must be replaced every 1 to 2 months.
- The water in the basin must be changed every 15 to 30 days.
Equip yourself with a test kit to control water parameters before each spa use, or at least once a week.
Please use disinfection products suitable for the spa. Treatment products must be used with care and it is therefore imperative to refer to their instructions for use.
Damage resulting from improper use of treatment products is not covered by the warranty (overdose, shock treatment, ...).
1. Water Balance: The pH of the water must be maintained between 7 and 7.4.
2. Water Sanitation: To disinfect pond water, we suggest that you use an active oxygen or bromine treatment in a floating doser. (Doser sold separately)
